Laying a circular drive is a way of drawing together a complex and elongated shape and making it unusual at the same time. This scheme uses cropped granite setts in a mixture of colours to achieve a great effect. The granite theme was continued into the adjacent beds using granite boulders and Scottish pebbles with specimen plants placed within these areas which complement the stones. The lawn area was levelled up with a reclaimed stone retaining wall and a linking path and circular landing area makes sense of the way the postman likes to walk, and includes two previously unsightly manhole covers within the design. The customers will enjoy completing the planting scheme over time.
